PlayerzPot provides Pots(s) in two separate formats of PlayerzPot Services, (1) as normal pots, where Users can participate in a pot with other Users without any restriction on participation and (2) private pots, where Users can invite specific Users into a pot and restrict participation to such invited Users. All rules applicable to normal pot(s) as set out herein shall be applicable to both formats of the private pot(s).

Recently the Punjab and Haryana High Court in the case of Shri Varun Gumber vs Union Territory of Chandigarh and Ors, inter alia held that the fantasy sports games being offered by the fantasy sports games operator were ‘games of skill’ under Indian law and did not constitute gambling. The Honourable High Court also held that offering fantasy sports games on fantasy portals was a legitimate business activity and would be granted protection under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India.

The Pots(s) are open only to persons above the age of 18 years.

In respect of any transactions entered into on the PlayerzPot, including making a payment to participate in the paid versions of Pots(s), Users agree to be bound by the following payment terms:

A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permissible. However, PlayerzPot may, at its sole and absolute discretion, permit a User to cancel a transaction and refund the amount paid: If the User sends a written request to PlayerzPot from the registered email Id to cancel such payment; or

PlayerzPot may obtain the score feed and other information required for the computation and tabulation of fantasy points from third party service provider(s). In the rare event that any error in the computation or tabulation of fantasy points, selection of winners, etc., as a result of inaccuracies in or incompleteness of the feed provided by the third-party service provider comes to its attention, PlayerzPot shall use best efforts to rectify such error prior to the distribution of prizes. However, PlayerzPot hereby clarifies that it relies on the accuracy and completeness of such third party score/statistic feeds and does not itself warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy thereof and, in any event, shall take no responsibility for inaccuracies in computation and tabulation of fantasy points or the selection of winners as a result of any inaccurate or incomplete scores/statistics received from such third party service provider. Users and Participants agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint against PlayerzPot in this respect.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

Acceptance of a prize by the Winner constitutes permission for PlayerzPot, and its affiliates to use the Winner's name, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any further permissions or consents and / or additional compensation whatsoever. The Winners further undertake that they will be available for promotional purposes as planned and desired by PlayerzPot without any charge. The exact dates remain the sole discretion of PlayerzPot. Promotional activities may include but not be limited to press events, internal meetings and ceremonies/functions.

If it comes to the notice of PlayerzPot that any governmental, statutory or regulatory compliances or approvals are required for conducting any Pots(s) or if it comes to the notice of PlayerzPot that conduct of any such Pots(s) is prohibited, then PlayerzPot shall withdraw and / or cancel such Pots(s) without prior notice to any Participants or winners of any Pots(s). Users agree not to make any claim in respect of such cancellation or withdrawal of the Pots, or pot it in any manner.

The courts of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the PlayerzPot Services provided by PlayerzPot (including the Pots(s)), the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the User(s) (including Participants) or PlayerzPot, as well as the exclusive jurisdiction to grant interim or preliminary relief in case of any dispute referred to arbitration as given below. All such issues and questions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Users shall access the PlayerzPot Services provided on the PlayerzPot voluntarily and at their own risk. PlayerzPot shall, under no circumstances be held responsible or liable on account of any loss or damage sustained (including but not limited to any accident, injury, death, loss of property) by Users or any other person or entity during access to the PlayerzPot Services (including participation in the Pots(s)) or as a result of acceptance of any prize.

To the extent permitted under law, neither PlayerzPot nor its directors, officers, professional advisors, employees shall be responsible for the deletion, the failure to store, the mis-delivery, or the untimely delivery of any information or material.

PlayerzPot may be required under certain legislations, to notify User(s) of certain events. User(s) hereby acknowledge and consent that such notices will be effective upon PlayerzPot posting them on the PlayerzPot or delivering them to the User through the email address provided by the User at the time of registration. User(s) may update their email address by logging into their account on the PlayerzPot. If they do not provide PlayerzPot with accurate information, PlayerzPot cannot be held liable for failure to notify the User.

These standard terms and conditions of promotions (“Standard Terms”) supplement the terms of promotions undertaken on the PlayerzPot website and which reference these Standard Terms (each a “Promotion”) :

This “Cashback Promotion” (“Promotion"), is open for participation to existing users of PlayerzPot who have not previously participated in a pay-to-play contest on PlayerzPot. Users are required to make a deposit and participate in their first pay-to-play cricket contest on PlayerzPot through the ‘Pro’ version of PlayerzPot’s mobile application for iOS and/or Android mobile devices, (collectively, the “Designated Platforms”), to be eligible to receive a Bonus Amount credited into their Cash Bonus Account, subject to these Terms.

The indication of playing 11 players for any match is a data received from third party. In case if the displayed players does not play the corresponding match then PlayerzPot does not hold any responsibility for the same.

If number of entries are less than the pot size, then the winning amount will be distributed on the basis of %.

Points calculation for the 1st & 2nd innings will be done similarly to that of the normal matches.. Only events occurring in the 1st & 2nd innings(innings- both sides batting & bowling only once) will be considered for awarding points to the players. Common points such as winning bonus will be not awarded for 1st & 2nd innings. Only events recorded in 1st & 2nd innings will be considered. This point is only applicable for a Test match.

Points calculation for the 2nd Innings match will be done the same as that of the normal matches. Only events occurring in the 2nd innings will be considered for awarding points to the players. Common points such as the Winning bonus, In Playing XI, etc will be awarded as usual.
Clean bowling, not-out, etc for the 1st innings will not be awarded. Only events recorded in the 2nd half will be considered.

1. Hole cards: These cards are not shared with any player during a game and can range from 6 to 2 in numbers. These cards stay face down during the game and are only revealed during a showdown event.
2. Community cards: These cards are shared amongst all the players in a game and stay face up. They make up the board in the centre of the table and hence are also known as table cards.

1. Call - It means that there is an active bet/raise going on and the player has to match that bet by calling to continue in a hand.
2. Check - It means that the user can pass the gaming action to another player without putting up any more chips in the pot.
3. Bet/Raise - Raise means wagering up any amount into the pot to increase the pot value either to start the action or to increase the raise amount above the raise of another player. Bet is the first raise of any betting round.
4. Fold - Fold means that the player voluntarily doesn’t want to be part of the current hand.
5. All In - is a special case of raise or call where a player has committed all his/her stack chips to the pot therefore he will be part of the hand till the showdown and can’t be considered as a folded player.

1. Preflop - Betting rounds which happen after the distribution of hole cards and putting up of blinds (Forced bets). In this round, the player has to decide his action based on his hole cards only.
2. Postflop - Betting rounds that happen after opening up the first three community cards ( Flop). In this round, the player has to decide his action based on his hole cards only.
3. Turn - Betting round that happens after opening up of the 4th community card (Turn).
4. River - Betting round that happens after opening up of the 5th community card (River).
5. Showdown - This is the final stage in a poker hand where the remaining players in the hand have to show their cards to decide who is the winner of the hand.

• Every match has 36 moves at the start of the game.
• Every player can get multiple entries in this tournament. The number of maximum entries will be varying from tournament to tournament.
• Player can select his token color before the match begins i.e. red, blue, green or yellow for every match.
• Players have to play at least 1 match to be considered eligible for the leaderboard rankings.
• In case of score tie, the prize money is equally divided between the tied players.

• Each player have 4 tokens, all outside the cage at the starting point.
• You do not have to get 6 on the dice to make your first move, as all tokens are outside the cage and can be moved by any number you get on the dice.
• You get 12 seconds to roll the dice and make a move. In case you fail to do so, you will lose one of your lives. You have a total of 3 lives in a match.
• Losing all 3 lives will land you out of the game.
• Rolling a 6 on the dice will NOT grant you an extra turn.
• You can capture opponents' tokens by landing on them. Each token contains points based on its location. Capturing the token will grant you the points it contains.
• Capturing a token grants you an extra turn.
• Moving tokens to the home triangle grants extra turns.
• This mode has a total of 36 moves + extra moves (if any). The match ends after all moves are exhausted.
• The player to score maximum points in the leaderboard will be a winner.

• Every token move gives a '+1' point.
• Capturing a token gives the points it contains.
• If you lose all three lives or quit the game your score at the time of leaving the game will be submitted to the leaderboard.

1. Each player has 4 tokens, all outside the cage at the starting point.
2. You do not have to get 6 on the dice to make your first move, as all tokens are outside the cage and can be moved by any number you get on the dice.
3. You get 8 seconds to roll the dice and make a move. In case you fail to do so, you will lose one of your lives, You have a total of 3 lives in a match.
4. Losing all 3 lives will result in the opponent to be a winner.
5. Rolling a 6 on the dice grants you an extra turn.
6. You can capture opponents' tokens by landing on them. Captured tokens are sent back to their starting position. Remember, captured tokens are not sent inside the cage.
7. Capturing an opponent's token grants you an extra turn.
8. Moving tokens to the Home triangle grants you an extra turn.
9. If a player lands on a space with a "star" symbol, their token is safe from capture by other players and cannot be sent back to the starting position.
10. This mode has a time limit of 7 minutes. The match ends after 7 minutes of gameplay.
11. The player to score maximum points in these 7 minutes is the winner.
12. You'll also win the match if you take 2 of your tokens to the home triangle, even if the opponent has scored more.
13. In case of a score tie, the prize money is equally divided between the two players.

1. Every token move gives a '+1' point.
2. Capturing a token gives '+20' points to you and the opponent’s points are reduced by the number of moves that the token has made.
3. Moving tokens to their home triangle gives '+50' points per token.

1. Low numbers: If selected in the next turn you will get a number smaller than 4 ie. 1,2,3
2. High numbers: If selected in the next turn you will get a number greater than 3 ie 4,5,6
3. Even numbers: If selected in the next turn you will get a number from 2, 4, 6 4.
4. Odd numbers: If selected in the next turn you will get a number from 1, 3, 5 Bonus is required to utilise powerups.
