Maurizio Sarri left Chelsea and is finally off to join the Italian giants, Juventus after both the clubs agreed a £7 million divorce settlement.

The Italian was successful in his first season at Chelsea, finishing at the top four and winning the Europa League but was highly unpopular among many Blue supporters because of his style of play.

The reports say that he will be free to sign a three year deal with Juventus as he was widely linked with Juventus who was seeking a successor to Massimiliano Allegri. Sarri still had two years left on his £5 million a year contract and Chelsea dug their heels in and refused to let Sarri go on the cheap.

Stamford Bridge transfer Chief Marina Granovskaia was holding on for the full amount and willing to let the tug-of-war go on till Juventus come with the necessary sum.

A compromise was then reached and Sarri is now on his way back home just after 11 months as a Premier League manager.
