However, Curran on the other hand, has been influential. He may be lagging behind in terms of taking wickets but has been the most consistent pace bowler from the Punjab camp.
N. Pooran (Lucknow)
The West Indian attacking batter was at his peak in the game against Bangalore. In a chase that looked out of reach, he single-handedly shifted the momentum back into Lucknow’s favour with his blistering smashing of the ball across the ground. In just 19 deliveries he faced, he notched up 62 runs which included 7 maximums. With 141 runs scored so far in 4 games surely the best of Poorna is yet to come and another cracker can be expected against Punjab.
