This is the first match of the final double Header of the tournament. Both the teams will be playing the last match of the season so they will be hoping to finish on a high. Both these teams have underperformed considering the firepower they have in their squad. This match is going too played at Adelaide Oval, Adelaide on 9th February so Adelaide fans will be hoping to see some fireworks from the home team.
Adelaide have been in the best of form this season, are too much relying on their top order to deliver, also their captain Travis Head hasn’t been available for the most part of the tournament which has hurt the team badly as he was one who leads from the front and took his team to the top in the last season. They will be happy that Travis Head is back in the squad for the final match, He will be replacing Colin Ingram who will be going back to his family.
Perth Scorchers haven’t clicked as a unit in this tournament; more often than not their batsmen have disappointed them in this season. They will be hoping that they end the tournament with a win and come back strong next year.
