About PowerPlayer Feature

PowerPlayer is the new unique feature added in fantasy cricket by PlayerzPot. It is like powerups, users can use this feature to increase the points of selected players.

In this mode, the user will create a squad based on existing squad creation rules. Once the user has created a team, the user will be given the option to use the powerplayer option up to 4 times in a match. each powerplayer will have certain multiples which will improve the player's fantasy point by that selected multiple. Each powerplaery can be bought using a cash bonus.

How to use PowerPlayer Feature

Select a Match

Choose a match which has
PowerPlayer Feature

Select Powerplayer pot

Lookout for pots which has
Powerplayer tag

Create Squad

Create your squad & select C/VC

Select Powerplayers

Add up to 4 power players to
multiply your score

Select Powerplayer Overs

Select any two consecutive overs where the score will be multiplied

Boost Team Score with Powerplayer

Boost your points & compete with the opponents

Open Fantasy Cricket Section
Check if PowerPlayer option available for any match
Search for PowerPlayer pot & join
Create Fantasy Team, after selecting Captain & VC system will ask if you want to activate PowerPlayer
PowerPlayer player selection page will appear, select a player & Powerplayer number
i.e. P1(1.25X points), P2(1.50X points), P3(1.75X points) and P4(2X points).
Assign role to player i.e. Batsmen or Bowler and select power player overs. Now save and activate PowerPlayer & join a match

Things to know in Powerplayer Feature

Users can purchase powerplayer add-ons after pot/contest join or after match start as well
Players can be selected only from the selected squad
If powerplayer is selected for a Batsmen - user needs to select the starting over of the inning from where the points for the batsmen will be considered
If powerplayer selected for a Bowler - the user needs to select the bowlers over number and not innings over
Powerplayer would be enabled for 12 balls/2overs only.
Powerplayer will only be available on bonus and not on real money
There will be 1 over buffer for the Over-selection
Users can change powerplayer players, purchase more powerplayers, change overs after the match starts or in upcoming stage.
Users need to follow the order to buy Powerplayer. i.e. user will only be able to buy Powerplayer 2 until the user has bought Powerplayer1

About Player Backups

In your fantasy team, if some selected players aren't announced after team lineups, you'll earn 0 points for those players, leading to a lower total score. That's where the Player Backups feature comes in handy. You can add up to 4 backup players to your fantasy team. These backup players will replace any unannounced players, ensuring you don't lose points and boosting your team's total score. The backup players will be substituted into your team based on priority order.

Steps to use Backups

Create your Team

Select a playing 11 team and
Select C and VC

Add Backups

Select Add Backups to
Select backup players

Set Priority for Backups

Select Backup players and
Set with Priority

Create your fantasy team
Select Captain and Vice Captain
After selecting you will see Add Backups in your team option
Select Add Backups
Add up to 4 Backups players in priority order
Based on Priority Order they will be replaced with unannounced players

Things to Know in Backups Feature

You can select a maximum 4 backup players
Backup players will replace unannounced/substitute players at the match deadline
Adding backup is a recommended option it is not compulsory
Using Backup players does not guarantee any kind of winnings on PlayerzPot
Based on your Priority list, backup players will be replaced. i.e. Out of your 11 players, one player was not announced. You selected Backup players as B1. Rohit S(Substitute), B2. V. Kohli(Unannounced), B3. S. Yadav(Announced), & B4. I. Kishan(Announced). So, based on the priority order B3. S. Yadav will be replaced with the unannounced player in your fantasy team.

If a selected player got minus points and a user activated 2X Powerplayer, total points will be doubled in minus. i.e. player got -2 actual points & user activated 2X powerplayer total points will be -4.
