After facing defeat from Australia in the opening of the tournament, India is all desperate and experienced to colt this one. The Men in Blue will have to win the second T20 if they are to have any chance of making a comeback in the three-match series.

India had a lot of positives during their first defeat but did gave away a lot of runs in the middle over, which gave Australia enough momentum to chase the score. Although having a good line-up of batsmen, India really need to take advantage during the beginning of bowling and opt to bowl first rather than batting. With obvious partnership of Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma, this time they will again take the bowlers to rage of bat strokes. Dinesh Karthik and Rishabh Pant complete India’s middle-order.

While Australia showcased their batting skills but it was only a mere fact that India gave them the advantage. Although Australia have some fair share bowlers that can increase the wicket numbers but this time around they have to improve their skill set when it comes to facing India, who already learned from their mistake.

Probable Line-ups:

India: Virat Kohli (C), Rishabh Pant (WK), Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Lokesh Rahul, Dinesh Karthik, Krunal Pandya, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Kuldeep Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, K Khaleel Ahmed

My PlayerzPot XI:

PlayerzPot Prediction:

India must have learned from their first match and need improvisation in their tactics. Australia do stand a chance to win this one. But a last minute stand-up can change the fate for India.
