Winless Chennai will be facing off with an improved Mumbai in a match that promises to be one-sided.

Chennai seems to be behaving like a stubborn kid who doesn’t learn from mistakes. Making it to the 8th position, Chennai scored only 5 points from 2 draws and one win against Pune, which sparked a comeback which was later fizzled out. A win against Mumbai won’t make any difference as they continue to sit in the bottom position. Dhanpal Ganesh remains the missing factor at the midfield. Jerry Lalrinzuala might miss out a start, but the replacement will be either Tondonba Singh or Zohmingliana Ralte.

While Mumbai has been on the stage of improving themselves. they won 5 matches from 9 fixtures and currently own 17 points and ranks 4th on the table. With this win, Mumbai will progress a point higher and that’s what they are aiming for. Raynier Fernandes impressed with a goal, after coming on as a substitute against Delhi Dynamos. He is expected to replace Milan Singh in the first XI.
